Garage Door has dropped, how do I adjust it.

I have a Henderson Double Dolphin garage door that has dropped and is touching the floor.
Is it likely that the Roller Brackets and/ or the rollers need replacing? I am at the full extend on the adjusters on the one side.

I don't know the door per say, however I wonder if there is any adjustment on the roller brackets i.e. a slot(s) where the the attachments are made at each side...pinenot
