Garage door lock and key type. Install new?

Hi, would locksmith be able to install new lock on this metal garage door. The key is now having to be turned with slight force and clicks a bit.
Name of key type and lock would be useful.
Are they simple to take off. Looks too much for me.

Have done WD40 now because of your post and it worked.
