Hi.
I am after the cheapest way of making my garage floor usable for a pool table. Currently the garage is part of an old extension. The walls etc are double thick and insulated. However, the floor is the old driveway so has a drop of about the thickness of a brick from left to right.
I need to remove this slope but without losing too much height as the ceiling is fairly low.
I was initially thinking sand them dpm. But would the sand move over time? And then how would I lay flagstones into dpm? Would mortar work or is the dpm too slippy?
