Garage floor damp proof membrane

Hi all ,
I hope someone can offer advise on the following .

I have a solid concrete garage floor (with no dpm) I am wanting to insulate with 25mm kingspan and fit a new plywood floor on top

My question is do I put the membrane then the insulation then the plywood (18mm) on top

or

Insulation / membrane then plywood ?

any help much appreciated

Yes, thats the correct order - perhaps call Kingspan or similar and discuss your proposal with their tech dept.
