Garage header?

Hi folks,after a bit more advice regarding the above.need to build my header,and was wondering if 2 9x2 joists would be ok from pillar to pillar.was thinking of making it like a ladder with noggins.width of garage is 4m.

Header? You mean roof?

Sorry thought it was a header.rather than an rsj from one pillar to other,though 2 timber joists would be ok.

What ever joists you use to build the roof will be adequate along with nogg's.
