I bought a house nearly 8 years ago I m not sure if the previous owner or the owner before put up a partition
Wall three quarters of the way down with a door toward the garage door . You step down into what was the garage and on the right there is washing machine plumbing . The walls have just been painted one side the outer wall and I think skimmed the other side with the ceiling . Should I at the point of buying this have received any permission paperwork when I bought it ? I have also now had permission to have it converted into a habitable space though I m no longer doing this as I have now decided to sell . Will this throw up any problems for me when a survey is carried out ?
