You can do it yourself no probs.
Yes, you can do the plans yourself - you don't need to pay fancy architect prices.
In fact, I can't draw for toffee but I still managed to do my own plans for my garage. You can copy them if it helps.
They didn't get planning permission, though. I'm not sure why - perhaps the foundation wasn't big enough.

Thing is tony, we've all seen applications on our LA's websites with drawings almost as shoite as yours yet they don't get validated and often get approved. 
I do believe you're jealous!
I confess I do sometimes think I approach this business all wrong!
