Hi all,
I posted previously about solving my garage drainage issue but I’ve finally come to sort the flat roof out.
It’s been stripped back to joists which look to be in OK condition. Nearly finished putting OSB3 deck onto it and have sealed cut ends with bitumin paint as advised. This all seemed easy enough until I read on one site that the bitumen can negatively react with EDPM.
Does anyone have any experience with this or advice for scraping residue off the new OSB deck before I buy the EPDM kit.
