I built my garage years ago, including setting the roof and tiling. Cos my house had this style dry verge, I used it on the garage too.
BUT, I believe I boobed by not running the felt over the horizontal bit of the verge, rather putting the verge on top of the felt. Hence water running under; and the damp/rot in the corners, where I've had to make good over time.
Is there an in situ fix anyone can advise that will stop this, that doesn't require stripping the roof to do it? Taking off/sliding up some tiles is fine, of course.
