I need to replace (half of) my garage roof which looks to me like a traditional roof-felt construction. It's slightly pitched but I haven't tried to measure the angle. I'm using 18mm OSB and I've read that I should use traditional underlay and capsheet construction to cover it.
I was planning to use this
(http://www.wickes.co.uk/traditional-underlay-felt-10x1m/invt/240019/]
as my choice of underlay but then I found this
(http://www.screwfix.com/p/protect-a1-roofing-underlay-1-x-15m/31617) which would be less expensive.
Is there any reason not to use the second option? Would it be OK to use with roofing felt adhesive?
(I'm planning to use this

(Apologies in advance to the moderators if I've broken any advertising caveats.)
