Garage walls paint

Having built a concrete block garage I need to paint the interior walls.
What type of paint do I need?
Is it masonary paint or interior wall paint. How many coats will it need and do I need to use a primer coat?
Also just to add the exterior has been rendered with one coat render. Can this be painted as well ?

A couple of coats of Masonry paint should see a good result

Do I need to use thinned masonary paint to seal it first.

Yes , will help to seal it then a couple of decent coats.
