Hi, not sure if this is the right place but i need some advice. I moved in a new built house and wsnted to install this flood light. To my surprise the outside outlet does not have a ground (yellow) wire. Will provide a picture where you can see the blue and brown wires and i will circle what might be the ground but unsure why it is like this. Looking for some advice. Do i not ground it? I know it is very important to ground it. Do i cut the cable and expose the ground if that is it? Any advice is appreciated thanks!

Yeah, just strip the T&E back and use a Wago or similar. Ideally you will use earthing sleeve as well.

Not sure why they used T&E in the first place, it is not suitable for exterior use.
