Garden Office

First post guys, May be in the wrong place.
Right i'm building a garden office and im restricted to 2.5m.
Im 6'7" so require all the head room i can get, so a simple 4" warm deck roof is out the window. Am i stuck with a cold deck or can i do a 25mm or 50mm warm deck and then full between joist with fiberglass as no ventalation will be required?

I can't find any info about this method.

Sorry to have a go as well pestie, if you can't put a simple +post +in the right place, you'll never fit the office either. I'm not serious, just bored.
