Garden Office

First post guys,
Right i'm building a garden office and im restricted to 2.5m.
Im 6'7" so require all the head room i can get, so a simple 4" warm deck roof is out the window. Am i stuck with a cold deck or can i do a 25mm or 50mm warm deck and then full between joist with fiberglass as no ventalation will be required?

I can't find any info about this method.

You're restricted to 2.5 m above average ground level. Nothing to say you can't have a couple of steps down into your office...

Ive got the base in so can't do that now.
Im just going to do a cold deck and vent the sofit.
Got a 2.2 clearance then
