Hi All,

Please see image below for reference. So as you can I live on a hill - my house is higher than the neighbours. The neighbours have recently dug out a part of their drive which was next to our house which has now exposed the footings for the pictured wall. As you can see from the picture below some of the clay under the bottom of our wall has also eroded away and with more rain recently more has since eroded. I am also aware that The top two coursea need removing and need relaying/repointing.

I am just wondering if anyone has any solutions on best way to go about repairing this without taking out the whole wall. Thanks in advance for your help .

I would be asking the neighbour what his intentions are for repairing the wall before your house ends up on his drive.

I'd get an injunction, and require the neighbour to replace support for your wall, and potentially the house. Your home insurer may help, else get a solicitor.
