Background

I had 3 x concrete walled sheds with asbestos roof in the back garden, near to the rear of the house. One of them has a loo in it. I extended to the front of these sheds - 0.5 m foundation + concrete base. I then over roofed using britmet tileform villatile and a relatively low pitch roof of 10 degrees. There is a door and large windows (DG) to the front..... The upshot is a 6x3M space with a loo in the corner - intended use is gym, workshop, loo/shower etc. It is not to buildings regs as it is an 'outbuilding' but i do want it to be comfortable!!!

Question

I have a concrete floor of 6 x 3M. rear/side wall is solid concrete. Front wall is brick/block/rendered with DPC at normal height. My intentions so far are:

Self levelling cmpound - Wickes Master latex (already laid)
Liquid DPC - Wickes liquid DPM (already purchased, but not laid)
50mm insulation - ? - so as not to be affected by the liquid dpm...
Flooring - Fermacell floating? Exterior plywood 12MM?
Commercial type hard wearing lino?

Your suggestions welcome and may well be implemented!!!!

thanks for your advice

Graham
