Garden Summerhouse/greenhouse

My intension is to dismantle my existing double greenhouse and build a summer house in the same place, the construction will be that of a conservatory design and also serve as a green house.the size is approx 3.5 mts square
The position of this on my land does not come close to any neighbours bounderies and is fifteen metres away from my property. Do I need planning permission

You shouldnt need it as long as you follow the rules.

If in doubt always get someone out from your local planning office sme times its not worth the risk of having to take it down.
