Garden wall exposed foundation

Hi

Some advice needed please

The wall separating my property from my neighbours has exposed foundations and is leaning in places. I plan to repoint and repair some broken bricks but am unsure what to do with the foundations.... My thoughts were

1. Fill in with concrete
2. Attach posts to wall (dug into concrete) to support the wall
3. It's been like this since I moved in about 15 years ago... So leave as it is
