Gardtec 300 - Code makes alarm go off

Hi

I've got a Gardec 300 installed.

Whenever i enter the code or the engineer code the alarm goes off.

When I enter it again it stops.

This means i cant actually set/use my alarm.

Anyone know what's wrong with it?

A .... how long has it been like this. .?
B .... have you had a power cut ? When was the last time you replaced the battery ?
C .... Do you have a panic button on the system ? Has it been pressed
D .... What shows on the panel ?
