Garmin website login problem

My wife has a Garmin Forerunner sports watch which connects to the laptop and allows her to upload running data. You log on to their website and have your own dashboard where you can look at and study the data of your training.

However, after a short period (about a week), she can no longer log in. She puts in her password, hits enter, and it remains on the login screen and blanks out the password..... although the odd thing is at the top of the screen it says her user name is logged in.

She can log in to her details on other laptops,

And the one thing she remembers doing is clicking on the "remember password" checkbox.

She has deleted cookies and temporary files etc but to no avail.

Anyone any ideas?

gosh whatever you do dont ever take it for repair at pc world they will tell you it aint working cos you havent got the latest norton security or a pc world lap top case which they try sell every passing customer..........sorry mate your computer is not working cos you need one of our latest laptop cases

Maybe try logging in with a different browser, eg if your wife uses IE, try Firefox. If you can't login there, then the problem is more than likely to be with the site, not the PC. Alternatively, if you can login from a different PC, then the problem is with the original PC.

Surely if we can log on via another two laptops, then it's not the site? And cookies? saved password settings?
