Had new gas boiler fitted last year, wall hung with out side wall flue, all in same place as previous boiler but more powerful. Have noticed steam from flue blows onto one side of house wall due to strong west winds we get here, this is causing paint on wall to bubble off and make plaster render damp. there is a wire cage around flue outlet could i put thin metal cover around sides of cage but leave front open to direct steam away from wall ?.
