Hi, first post so go easy on me! My gas cooker packed up yesterday and I desperately need to get a new one. The problem is, they all seem to have electric mains ignition and I don't have a socket anywhere near my cooker point. I have been told this one doesn't need mains - Zanussi ZKG5020WN1 - can someone tell me if that is correct. Also the 5030 model with a double oven has been recommended. I can't work it out as I have looked at two different websites and one says yes, one says no!!

Also, how much shouold I expect to pay to have this installed by a Corgi registered fitter? I already have gas connection.

Thanks very much! :)

if its not a mains powered ignition then look for a battery
usually in the base or the back somewhere
