I have had a Favel welcome gas fire failed a spillage test. The match was placed under the canopy BUT there are two canopies. There is a glass one. the instructions on the gas fire says the GLASS canopy but the gas man says it is not so. Can a gas fitter help please. I have failed to find a phone number to ring Faval support
