Gas Oven Not Working...

So, Christmas out the way, the gas oven seems to have given up..
the oven lights, but when the temp is turned up the flames get no bigger, and the oven gets no hotter than plate warming..

Anyone have any ideas?

FFD (little probe that senses flame) has gone have alook and make sure some food has not fell on burner and stopping flame from heating probe properly

thanks - i guess that's the little bar that sits across the gas burner, in the flame..
no food in the way - is this a replaceable part, or will it mean a new oven?
