Gas pipe enters property, but underground...

Hi

My gas meter is on the ground outside, outside the bathroom wall. A copper pipe
from it enters the house thru this wall, but the pipe is now underground, since the
height of the screed floor goes above the pipe. So, can I avoid digging a hole here
to bond the gas pipe? (this is the point 600mm from gas meter you see)
But if I find it easier to bond at this point, can I dig this hole and bond here?
It would be visible enough (hole would be quite shallow as pipe is near surface here)

Assuming I don't bond here, then do I bond where the pipe emerges up from the
screed next? In short, after entering the house, it travels 1m under the screed and
then branches into two (still under the screed). One branch travels a further 3m
and then rises up out of the screed up into the boiler. (Do I bond at this point?)
The other branch travels about 5m from the branch point, all still under the screed,
across to the cooker and emerges out of the screed by the cooker. (Do I bond
here too?) (this would be awkward as cooker is far away from the nearest
bonding cable point, which is at the water stop cock by the boiler. The stop
cock is bonded to the earth point by the service head by 16mm^2 cable)

Any advice?

Thanks

Bond outside at the meter, using a blue clamp.

Sounds like a good idea, I'll do that, thank you very much. :)
What's a blue clamp then?

I have searched TLC and google etc for a blue earth clamp but can't find
such a clamp. Can anyone post a link to one?

Thanks again.
