gas regs questions

Hi,
A few questions-ii did ACS,but lapsed,so want to check before I confront my landlord...

I. Am in a house,convrtd to gardden flat n 6 studio flats,grdn flat has its own meter.
recently had 2 new combis fitted-think done by cowboys.

A-prv pipe straight out-should be bent into wall?

B-system reqd to be flushed n inhibited? water full of magntite n rust.

C-been here. 2. years-never given a cp12 copy-entitled to one?

D-am I entitled to ask for 2 benchmark copies of instals-boiler is in room next to me.

Hope there. Are gas safe guys that can help.

A yes should be close to ground or bent back to wall

B system should be flushed according to manufactors instructions

c cp12 yes its law to have one done every year

D if you have 2 boilers installed in room nx to you , i would want more then benchmark checking out??????

Think we may be missing something.

Yes the PRV and condensate should be terminated according to regs.

Whether the system is flushed or inhibited is not the tenants problem, although mentioning it to the LL may be a good idea and may also be worth checking the installers are registered.

From what I gather the boilers are not in the tenants flat so unless there's other gas appliances in the flat then they would not have a cp12.
