Currently looking at options to replace an old copper tank with header tank in loft.

Electric heating at the moment plus electric shower.

Currently 1 sink in kitchen & 1 sink in bathroom, possibly fitting a second bathroom in loft so potentially 1 more sink & bath/shower.

Options:

Unvented cylinder has been suggested but I understand we would need to run a new 22mm water feed & also a discharge pipe to the outside, plus would need to keep existing airing cupboard.

New wet system with combi.

Going back in time we had Britony II T multipoint water heaters, looking at new generation gas water heaters Ariston NEXT EVO X 16L or similar, any thoughts or suggestions?
