GDX Intercom

Hi, This GDX intercom doesn’t currently work, no sound and doesn’t allow anyone in the door.

Does anyone know which model this one is as I can’t see anything like it within the GDX range so I can swap it over.

Council won’t help as I’m an owner. Thanks

You do know that it’s switched off in that picture ! As the privacy light is on

I think we have the same phone and issue, I think we need the

GDX-23151 or older version GDX-23150​

Mine has done the same, lights up but no buzzer sound. If by chance you found one or fixed yours let me know how

Dear Alan Mc

How did you get on installing ypur GDX-23151 handset ?

I also have a query concerning the wiring to your new handset intercom.

Did you re-attach the wires into their respective ports using a particular sequence or not ? ie white & blue first, then blue & white second etc etc ?

I hope to install a replacement GDX-23121 in the days ahead and am wondering if the rewiring needed to be done via a sequence.

They need to be in the same terminal ( number ) as the existing/ old one
