GE Triton Dishwasher Won't Drain

I have a GE Model GSD5120D01BB that won't drain from the last rinse. I have used the suggested method of clicking on the start button twice, but sometimes it works and most times it doesn't.

Anyone have any suggestions or clues of what I can do to resolve?
