GE washer WBSE209A. It normally works just fine but these last couples of weeks it has gotten stuck on the soak and rinse cycle. The washer fills most of the way up and stops. I have to go and hit the start button to make it continue on both cycles. Its irritating because i cant tell if its running or not since its in my basement and three hours later I still have clothes in the washer. Also, my cold water comes out really slow.
