ge washer won\\\'t fill on rince cycle

i have a ge wle400b1ww washer the wont fill on rince cycle but will fill on wash It dosent have a dial only push buttons. What do you think the problem might be.

Turn off the water supply and then unscrew the cold water supply hose at the water valve. Check the filter screen inside for sediment build up. Often times, the cold water side of the valve gets dirty and the filter must be cleaned out or replaced. This is where I would start with this problem.
