Hello,
We've got a concealed cistern (Geberit 109.720.00.1) which leaks water from the point at which the flush pipe connects to it. There is a seal, which may need to be replaced.
As per these installation instructions (https://www.parkstreetbathrooms.com/inc/modules/resources/get_file.php?file=2583_4.pdf ) the pipe is pushed in from the bottom before the toilet bowl is pushed onto the other end of the pipe.
I would really like to avoid having to remove the toilet bowl. Is there any way to try and stop the leak, or to replace the seal, without removing the toilet bowl?
Many thanks.
