Hoping someone out there can help me. Have just spent a fortune on having a new en-suite including a Geberit concealed system. This has worked fine for the first half dozen flushes, then.....god as gold flushed it and it wont stop flushing. Have removed the flush plate and turned the water supply off. Is there some adjutsment to make that will fix this problem or is it a replacement part. Can manage to get both hands inside the tank but haven't got a clue what I should be looking or feeling for.

If you haven't a clue and you've just had it fitted, why not call the installer back? Might be debris stopping the syphon from closing.

To me that sounds like the syphon (that big piece that sits in the middle of the cistern) is not sealing when you release the button.

See if you can get in the cistern and see if there is something stopping the seal from dropping thats where I recommend you start

Thanks for those who responded to the Geberit problem. Have managed to fix it myself. Found a brilliant video on Youtube posted by Geberit that shows how to remove and sevrice the flush valve. Took sixty seconds from removing the flush plate to holding the flush valve in my hand. Had a feel around inside the tank and could feel something at the bottom. Turns out to be the top of the flush valve that gives the longer flush. This had come off and got caught under the valve not letting it close properly. Ninety seconds later the flush valve was back in place and flush plate re fitted. Hey presto....flushing as normal. Hope that this may be useful to anyone else with the same problem.
