Geckos oil boiler

Well I've just been to a belter of a job a gerkros combi 44kw put in a
very small 3 bed cottage what in gods nam posessed the so called
oil engineer to do this god only knows it's been in for three years now one
engineer has dropped the rating down as best he could but what a pig it
hadn't been condensing but it is now but I have been told that spares are
a knighmare to source can any of you techs out there shed any light
in this case I think stupidity has caught up with sence
