Have noticed from time to time that many people are having difficulty sourcing spare parts for GEM combi boilers. They were made by Combi Co of ireland but the company no longer exists.
However most spares for these boilers are available from a company called ESL Spares. http://www.europeanspares.com/index.cgi

Parts are not cheap but most are around half the price of partscenter.
