Generators Droop VS isochrono mode operation

Which of both mentioned mode are more effective to operate an on-site generator synchronized to a powerful Grid and islaned instead.
The generator are 2x10 MW units inserted in the MV internal industrial distribution system to support the plant load

I would say "droop" since your on-site generator, if operating on "isoc" will be incapable of load-sharing and will always endeavour to feed the maximum load it can (on the basis that the powerful grid will always determine the system frequency)
