getting sink and toilet to fit

Hi.....Stressed out ripped out my old bathroom and getting
a shower enclosure, new basin and toilet but i can see a problem
or 2 before i buy my basin and toilet.
Both the old sink and toilet were boxed in before with units and
this also hid the main waste pipe now with it all removed the
sink waste\toilet connection are 11 inches-280mm from my wall and the
problem i can see is getting it all to line up and getting a sink and toilet
to sit flush against the wall.
The main toilet waste is 7 inches from the wall meaning a pedestal
would just fit but the waste for the sink would not.
Hope i wrote this in an understandable way.

A plumber told me he can put the sink tap pipes behind the wall but
that waste pipe cannot be moved, i was thinking a few bends maybe
put it back a few inches.

not really a big problem.
i take it thats a stud wall ?

you can't remove the soil pipe but that can be boxed in tiled.

the basin waste and hot/cold feed can be routed in the stud wall and have rear entry to the basin.

the toilet waste can be turned vertical and have a 90 pan connector on the top.

Thanks....that was just dawning on me with the sink pipe..
just cut it put a bend in it so its behind the wall bring it
up and out. The joint to the sink on the main pipe is
glued in can i get that apart or just cut it up a bit
slightly.

The 90 pan connector trying to figure that out in my
head just now. So point the main pipe up the way....
sounds stupid but will that not make the pan kinda high.

if you cut it further up your not going to get it all behing the stud wall.

i would cut the soil pipe next to the boss coupler and start for there.
fit a new boss coupler and align it where you want then fit new 32mm basin waste.
