My house has chipboard floors and I am having the bathrooms refitted. Since I want tiled floors in the bathrooms and since none of the chipboard is moisture-resistant, seems like replacing the floor with plywood before tiling (including electric underfloor heating) would be the best idea.

I will also want to have wood laminate on the bedroom floors. Is there anything I need to consider to ensure that the finished floors are all the same level?

Presuming that the floor in the bathroom ends up highest, take your level from there.
Take the thickness of the laminate, plus underlayment, work out the 'missing' height and install plywood or other sheet material to come level.
