Ghostly Marks!

hi

i have had 2 rooms plastered by 2 seperate plaster's (timing reasons) and i have now tried painting these 2 rooms - 1 problem. i am seeing these marks (see photo's) around the window on both plastered rooms when i try painting the plaster. does anyone have any ideas what this is and how to get rid of it???

They are where the plaster has filled the angle bead on the corner. Theres no problem with this but you can rub a coat of undercoat across it first and then re-emulsion.
