Glass bridge packers

Where should profile bridging packers be placed in a glazing unit ? 2 at the bottom and two at the top ? Or 2 at the bottom and two on the sides at the top of the unit ? This is for a french door install.

You'd place them as toe and heeling for a door ( as bridging packers go in before and ither packers which sit on the bridging packers )so bottom hinge corner and opposite diagonal. It's all about bracing. Plenty of videos etc on the internet about toe and heeling a door
