glass shower screen fell out

Hi guys has anyone had a glass shower screen fall out ? ordered from betterbathrooms.com,
The whole glass screen has fell out smashing my glass waterfall tap,damaging my plastic cladding in two places and puncturing my p shape whirlpool bath am farking gutted,then the cheeky barstewards are saying they are not liable any one had the same problem out there?

Yes mate it was fitted as manufactures instructions and the whole lot fell out when we were out -I just hope to god it never happens to a family with children
