Glass Tiles

Hi

Ill be doing a splash back soon using glass tiles http://www.diy.com/nav/decor/tiles/...-Tile-L-300-x-W-100mm-12257606?skuId=12788312

Can anyone give me any pointers on adhesive and cutting these tiles?

Anyone? Will a normal tile cutter cut them or do i need an actual glass cutter.
