Glow worm 15 hxi central heating not working

Hi, hoping to get some help with this. have a glow worm 15 hxi bolier, controlled by a drayton dual channel programmer, when the programmer calls for hot water the boiler fires up and all is good. when the programmer calls for central heating, the boiler will not fire up. I have checked voltage in and out of programmer and all is ok, all the thermostatic is working and has voltage also. There are no fault codes showing just a temp. Checked wires for loose connections to boiler and exchanged circuit board, all still the same. Can anyone help with this ? worst boiler I ever brought lol !

It's not the boiler mate...lol

Check your motorised valve.

Either the synchron motors had it or the valve is stuck.

Depends on the valve a picture or number would help.

It's a drayton, try plumcentre for a new actuator head.

Why on earth would you waste money changing the pcb? If the boiler fires for
Hot water you know it's ok.Expensive learning curve.

Didn't buy PCB acquired it lol, don't spend money unless I have to.
