Glow Worm 35F Thermal Cut out problems

Hi

We have a Glow Worm 35f that has been really good until a couple of months ago. It now needs the thermal reset on the bottom of the boiler pushing two or more times a day. When it does run it will sometimes work for hours doing both the water and heating, other times it cuts out after 5 minutes.

The only other thing, and excuse my lack of plumbing knowledge, but we do have a tiny header tank in the loft that sometimes needs pressurising. I dont think we have done this in months, will that make a difference?

can you find a model name anywhere ? 2 port/3 port valves, what is the system pressure ect.

It just says fuelsaver f and model 35f. I can't see a pressure gauge or anything useful I'm afraid

The first check would be to make sure there is water in the header tank in the loft
