I have a concern with my boiler and water is trickling out of the overflow pipe outside. I am not sure why and would like advice about how to resolve. Any help is appreciated...

yep this normal how ever it should be piped into somthing so you can not see it
are you talking about the little 15mm copper pipe or the actual condense pipe (commonly made of overflow pipe)
I am guessing that it is the copper pipe because lots of non gas people call it as such!
