I went to one of these which had just been fitted. ( Its a rebadged heatline! )

Although new, the DHW turbine was not registering a demand.

Do they cover this on the warrantee?

Or will they say that the installers dirt caused it to jam and charge for the visit?

how can dirt jam the dhw turbine???????it will only have fresh water going through it and it cant be that old?if its under warrantee then its covered

I've already replied to you in the cc regarding this. Glowworm do not charge for warranty calls under any circumstances. Even if its installer error they will still replace parts FOC and advise of action required to maintain the warranty. Something very few manufacturers will do.
