Glow worm combi problem

Any ideas folks as to what could be causing my inlaws combi to go hot and cold on the hot water and now it is heating the rads when heating HW too.
The boiler is no more than 3 years old sorry not sure of exact model.

Probably a CXI. Probably a plate heat exchanger blockage. Probably while they are running a tap the display will intermittently flash F14. Probably I wouldn't have to say probably if there was more info available

Possibly the domestic hot water diverter Diaphragm has a hole in it or is worn etc...

Kits are about £15 ish
