Getting heating but as soon as hot water is turned on, boiler goes into automatic lockout. Had a problem with water leaking from boiler and low pressure warning light was constanly lit. Changed the bypass valve and fitted new diverter valve too. Problem solved!! (or so i thought!!) no water leaking, bled radiators to get rid of air. Had hot water for approximately 4 hours then same problem started again!! automatic lockout keeps kicking in once hot water has been running for a while. Getting a sore finger from constantly pressing lockout switch!!! Also low pressure light wont go out...HELPPPP....... Could it be the sensing valve???? Any help greatly appreciated..[/u][/b]

Assuming its an ignition lockout then thats a combustion type problem and changing water parts will not solve that. CORGI........so i cannot give you advice unless you were registered.
If the water LP light stays on then surely the obvious comclusion is that the switch is faulty??? I would also have expected that it would have inhibited the boilers operation or have you bypassed it???

Havent bypassed anything,, i just go back to boiler and reset Auto lock out switch,,,, the heating works fine,,, hot water for a while.. then once the boiler thinks its given me enough hot water it goes into lock out again!! Doesnt happen if the water isnt being run!...
