Glow worm CXI 24 cannot adjust heating temp

Boiler working but cannot control temperature of heating, it rises to about 75 degrees.

when I select the plus minus buttons to try and adjust the temp on the boiler control panel

the word "NO" comes up and no adjustment can be made.

I also have a climapro wireless connected.

Help please as the radiators are very hot and a danger to my baby

Does boiler have a mode button?
Of it does press and hold for 2 sec and release you can then toggle between heating and hot water to set the temp for each

Yes it does and have done that, still trips to "NO"

The rad temp is controlled by your Climapro. You can set the maximum heating flow temperature using D77, but you need to get your installer back, as your rads are probably sized and designed to work at that flow temperature. It is possible the heating curve has been set very high, but again one for your installer as he knows the system that is in front of him. I cannot see it from here.

BTW I take it this is your first baby; calm down it is in no danger, unless of course you have strapped him to one of them.

It is a parameter that is accessible to installers (password required), and not things a DIY person should play with. Get an installer to check, or get Group Service out.
