Glow Worm Economy Plus - new rad

Hi

We just fitted a new rad to our heating system that runs a Glow Worm Economy Plus 30F.

We had to drain the system to fit the new rad and have re-filled and bled rads several times.

The boiler kicks in for 10-20 secs then there is a clunking noise and it stops. A few mins later it starts and repeats the process.

2 rads are getting warm but 3 aren't. One is definitely on a different route but we're not sure about the other one.

Is this a normal process for this boiler after draining the system?
Is it that some dirt has shifted and blocked something?
Something else?

Airlocks , bleed the pump . and persevere turning on and off till it shifts
